Ordering

What's the difference between digital and physical?
Digital is a PDF stitch chart, delivered by download link right after payment. Physical is a printed canvas, shipped to you. Both use the same design - pick whichever fits how you like to stitch.
How do mesh counts work?
Mesh count is how many holes per inch a canvas has - a higher number means a finer weave and smaller finished stitching. Each product page lists the mesh count it's available in.

Shipping & returns

Where do you ship?
Currently within the US only, via a trusted carrier with tracking.
My canvas arrived damaged, or never arrived - now what?
Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Can I return a digital chart?
Digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, since delivery is instant - except when a chart is genuinely defective or undeliverable. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Designs & wholesale

Is this an official Disney (or other licensed) product?
No. Some designs are inspired by characters, places, or properties owned by others - these are unofficial fan art, not licensed or endorsed by the rights holders.
Can I resell or share your charts?
Charts and canvases are for personal, non-commercial stitching use - please don't resell, redistribute, or share chart files.
I run a needlepoint shop - can I stock your designs?

A note on photos

Are your product photos AI-generated?
Every canvas is hand-designed, printed, and inspected by us - the product itself is never AI-made. As a small shop, we sometimes use AI to help stage a finished canvas in a photo (not every photo, just some), so we can show a design in its best light without a full photo shoot for each one. When we do, the canvas itself is always shown accurately - we never alter or exaggerate the actual design.
