HC Needlepoint Co. ("we," "us") collects the minimum information needed to process your order and get it to you. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, and - for physical canvases - a shipping address and phone number (used only for delivery, e.g. carrier delivery notifications). We do not collect or store your card details; payment is handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

To fulfill your order (send your digital download, ship your canvas), send order confirmation and shipping/tracking emails, and respond if you contact us with a question. We don't use your information for anything beyond that.

Who we share it with

Only the services that need it to get your order to you:

• Stripe - payment processing.
• Resend - order confirmation and fulfillment emails.
• Shippo - physical shipping labels and delivery, for physical orders only.

We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Links from our Instagram bio may carry a UTM parameter (a tag in the URL) so we can see how many visits come from Instagram - this doesn't identify you personally.

We don't currently use analytics tools or ad networks, so there's nothing to opt out of today, and we don't honor browser Do Not Track signals since they wouldn't change anything. If that changes - for example, if we add an analytics tool later - we'll update this policy first, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time - contact us below. We'll keep order records as long as reasonably needed for tax and fulfillment purposes, then they're deleted.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
