HC Needlepoint Co. ("we," "us") sells needlepoint stitch charts and printed canvases through this site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Digital products

Digital chart purchases (PDF stitch charts) are delivered by email download link immediately after payment. Because the file is delivered instantly, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where a chart is genuinely defective or undeliverable - contact us and we'll make it right.

Physical products

Printed canvases ship within the US via a trusted carrier. If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Order accuracy & availability

We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. If something's wrong with your order - a listing error, a design that sold out, a pricing mistake - we'll contact you to fix it or cancel and refund that order.

Colors & printing

We edit product photos to represent each canvas accurately and in its best light, but screen colors are approximate - your printed canvas may look a little less saturated in hand than it does in a photo, and monitors vary. Printed canvases are also less exact than hand-painted ones (occasional slight variation at color intersections).

Personal use only

Digital charts and printed canvases are for personal, non-commercial stitching use. Don't resell, redistribute, or share chart files. If you're a local needlepoint shop and are interested in stocking our designs, please reach out at hc.ndlpt.co@gmail.com.

Fan art / unofficial designs

Some designs are inspired by characters, places, or properties owned by others. These are unofficial fan art, not licensed or endorsed by the rights holders. If you are a rights holder with a concern about a specific design, contact us and we'll address it.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your state or province, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase for you.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details.

Limitation of liability

We provide this site and its products as-is. Beyond what's stated above, we don't make other warranties about them, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products - only for what's expressly promised in these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the update.
