Before you write, a few quick answers:

Shipping times and rates are in our Shipping Policy. Canvases are printed to order and ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Damaged or missing order: reply to your order confirmation with a photo and we will sort it out. No need to send anything back.
Digital charts: your download link is in your order confirmation email. Check spam first, then message us and we will resend it.
Custom requests: tell us the design idea, mesh count, and finished size you have in mind and we will let you know what is possible.
