What's the difference between digital and physical?
Digital is a PDF stitch chart, delivered by download link right after payment. Physical is a printed canvas, shipped to you. Both use the same design, so pick whichever fits how you like to stitch.
How do mesh counts work?
Mesh count is how many holes per inch a canvas has. A higher number means a finer weave and smaller finished stitching. Most of our printed canvases are 18 mesh, and every design lists its own mesh count on its page.
Does this include thread, or is it a kit?
No thread, no kit. A printed canvas comes with its matching digital chart included, so you get the printed canvas plus a PDF that shows the exact color for every stitch. You bring your own thread and needle. A digital purchase on its own is the PDF chart only, no physical goods.
What mesh should a beginner buy?
13 mesh has larger holes and bigger stitches, so it works up faster and is easier on the eyes, a friendly place to start. 18 mesh is finer and holds more detail, which is why most of our canvases use it. Neither is harder to learn on. It is mostly about the finished look you want.
Quality and trust
Is a printed canvas as good as hand-painted?
It is a different thing at a more accessible price, not a lesser one. Our canvases are printed, not hand-painted, and we do everything we can to make the print great and a joy to stitch. Because mesh is never perfectly square, the color can land a hair off the hole at some intersections. That is normal on any printed canvas and does not get in the way of stitching. The matching digital chart, included with every printed canvas, shows the exact color for every stitch so you never have to guess.
Who designs these canvases?
We do, start to finish. Every design gets drawn and charted by hand, then printed and inspected before it ships. If a design is inspired by a character or place owned by someone else, it is unofficial fan art, not licensed or endorsed.
Does the printed canvas really come with a digital chart?
Yes. Every printed canvas includes the matching digital PDF chart at no extra cost, so you can follow the exact color of every stitch and stitch confidently through any spot that looks ambiguous on the canvas.
Do you use AI for your designs or photos?
No. Every design is drawn by hand and every product photo is a real photo of the real canvas, shot and edited by us. We do not generate or stage any of it with AI.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
Printed canvases ship within the US only, USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, at a flat $7 per order. We print, pack, and ship within 1 to 3 business days, and USPS typically delivers in 2 to 5 business days after that. Digital charts are delivered by email link right after payment, so nothing ships, but they're US-only too, same as canvases. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return a canvas if I change my mind?
No. Every canvas is printed for your order, so canvas sales are final and orders can't be cancelled once placed. If you made a genuine ordering mistake, like the wrong design or two when you meant one, email us and we'll look at it case by case. See our Return and Refund Policy.
My canvas arrived damaged, or never arrived. Now what?
Email us a photo within 14 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date, and we'll send a replacement or refund. Keep the canvas, there's nothing to ship back. See the Return and Refund Policy for how that works.
Can I return a digital chart?
Digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, since delivery is instant, except when a chart is genuinely defective or undeliverable. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Designs and wholesale
Is this an official Disney (or other licensed) product?
No. Some designs are inspired by characters, places, or properties owned by others. These are unofficial fan art, not licensed or endorsed by the rights holders.
Can I resell or share your charts?
Charts and canvases are for personal, non-commercial stitching use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or share chart files.
