Printed canvases

Shipping is a flat $7 per order, anywhere in the US. Every order ships USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

We print, pack, and ship within 1 to 3 business days. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2 to 5 business days after that, so most orders land within a week of ordering.

We currently ship printed canvases within the US only.

Digital charts

PDF stitch charts are delivered by email download link immediately after payment. Nothing ships, no shipping is charged, and charts are US-only too, same as canvases.

If your order is damaged or never arrives

Email us at hc.ndlpt.co@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date if it never showed up. Send a photo if the canvas arrived damaged. Keep the canvas, there's nothing to ship back, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
